Behavioural problems in dogs 8. Dog training and cognition 9. Nutrition and welfare 10. Health, pain and welfare 11. Dogs in research 12. Dog breeds 13. Organized cynology in Europe (FCI) 14. Legislation in Europe Practicals: 1. The significance of the dog in human society. Assignment of the semestral work. 2. Dog shows. 3. Working dogs. Dogs in armed forces. Sport cynology. 4. Hunting sports. Herding and livestock guarding dogs. 5. Agility, Dogdancing, Dogfrisbee, Dogtrekking, Mushing, Coursing, etc. 6. Therapy dogs. Rescue dogs. 7. Presentation of the semestral work.
